Come and discover the book arts this autumn at Wollaton Local Library!

The Notts Book Arts Competition invited children living in the Midlands, UK aged between 11-18 to submit a handmade book made from a single sheet of paper. The winners of this year’s competition and the runners up will be exhibited at the Art Space in Wollaton Library, with book-prizes sponsored by the Society of Bookbinders, East Midlands region.

The exhibition opening is on 24th September from 10am with the prizes given out by the jurors to this year’s winners and runners up at 10.30am.

All are welcome to attend and take a look at the young artists’ work, have a chat with the artists and jurors, and even to try out the structure yourself.
