My work captures subtle forms in nature, whilst striving to retain the beauty of the medium used – understated minimal marks and lines appear and disappear. They are an attempt to create a visual representation of thoughts on sound, silence and space. The place where things become subtle, less concrete and hard to grasp. A moment of stillness, of anticipation, where you begin to notice the space and the silence that exists. Bringing you to the present, to this moment – a moment of quiet contemplation.
